Description The palace dates back to the fourteenth century it has been completely restructured and is situated in the heart of Venice just near Rialto Bridge and San. Marco?s square. Our Hotel named ?Ca?Amadi? during the golden period of the Venetian Republic was the house of Marco Polo when he was a child. The entrance to the Hotel is in the open air: an open space which leads to the building and separates it from the confusion of the Town centre; it is called ?Corte?: the wonderful airy site lets you into an atmosphere of the ?700 Venetian style which you meet just inside.

From Airport:

The international airport Marco Polo is situated in Tessera, 12 Km by car and 10 Km by motorboat from Venezia. It's connected to Venice and to Railway Station of Mestre. Airport - Venice by car or bus: -Public transportations: -Service of pubblic bus ACTV or ATVO for Piazzale Roma: ACTV - Tickets 0.77 euro valid on all navigation lines for sixty minutes from the validation time. Passengers can make unlimited journeys on all inner lines. -10 single ticket carnet 7.23 euro; a book of ten single tickets which must be validated before use and shown together with the matrix (last ticket of the book). Carnet tickets are available from ACTV authorised sellers and ACTV ticket offices in P.Roma, Calle dei Fuseri and Lido. ATVO 2.58 euro Valid for one single journey. It will take roughly 30 minutes. When you arrive at Piazzale Roma you can take the motorboat. Airport - Venice by motorboat: -Public transportations: ALILAGUNA: Airport - Venice Alilaguna is the direct passenger waterbus service between Venice and its airport. Airport-Venice (S.Marco): Ticket 8,78 Euro, you can buy it directly on board without any supplement. From S. Marco you can take the ACTV'S lines (1, N) to reach the Hotel. Get off at Rialto station. Ticket 3.1 euro at the ticket counters or directly on the boats, paying a little supplement.

The Train Station Venezia S. Lucia is situated in Cannaregio, near Piazzale Roma. -Public transportations: ACTV's Lines (Venetian public transport company), every 10 - 12 minuts:1, N, 82. Get off at Rialto station. Ticket 3.1 euro at the ticket counters or directly on the boats, paying a little supplement.
