From M-30 in direction N-V follow out in 14A direction Santa Maria de la Cabeza up to the number 73 where you'll find the hotel.
From Train Station:

From the center (Puerta del Sol):
go down for the Alcalá street up to Cibeles Square and turn to the right for the Paseo Recoletos ; go up to Atocha's glorieta, cross it and go down for Sta. Maria de la Cabeza.
