Take freeway A12 from the airport direction for GENOVA and exit in VIAREGGIO after 20 minutes. When you're off the freeway you'll come to a roundabout and there you must turn right and follow the signs for MASSA and PIETRASANTA. Go through other 4 roundabouts and at the last roundabout you will see a large superstore called ESSELUNGA on the left hand side. After 300 mts you'll come to a trafficlight and there turn left. Continue straight on for 400 mts. The Hotel is on the left hand side at 300 mts from the beach.

The nearest station is VIAREGGIO.it is only 5 kms.from the Hotel. You can take a taxi from there, (it costs around 15-20 EURO) or a bus direction for MASSA. Get off at "LA BUSSOLA DI FOCETTE". Take Astoria street at only 10 mts from the bus stop, and after 400 mts you will find the HOTEL.
