From the airport, take the direction to Cesena and the exit \"Bosco\" (after 12 km). Then, continue following the direction to Ramazzano (about 4-5 Km from the exit). In the middle of the village you\'ll see a big parking area of the \"Conad\" supermarket. Take the road on the right of the parking which is Via Pineta and continue to the hilltop for about 800 meters. You will see the sign indicating the end of \"Ramazzano\" and on the right, at the number 19, our property.

From the Fontivegge Train Station or the Ponte San Giovanni Station, take the freeway E-45 following the direction to Cesena and then the exit \"Bosco\". From North: take the direction of Bologna to Cesena, or Rimini, or Ancona (not Firenze) and take the exit to Cesena north. Take the E-45 highway, direction Perugia and then the exit to Resina (20 Km North of Perugia). Follow the direction to Ramazzano (about 4/5 Km from the exit). On your left you\'ll see a big parking of the Conad supermarket, go along via Pineta up to the hill top. On the right of this street, you\'ll find Via Palazzetta.

Some words about our property: it is located in a favorable position able to reach easy Perugia Gubbio Umbertide and Assisi (distances go from the 10 to 25 km maximum). We situates just on top of a very panoramic hill with wonderful view on the 2 valleys below, but in a very comfortable but not too isolated position cause in a 500-600 metres from us there are all the comforts provided by the below small village below us where there\'s a large supermarket, a bar, some tipical restaurants, and the bus stop. The constructiond find theis arigin already in the years between 1700 and 1800 but all the country houses had theis restauration no longer thah 4-5 years ago. Every unit has its own private garden furnished with tables and chairs and a barbecue... our fantastic swimming pool works without chemical chlorine!!!!
