The warming atmosphere and the comfort are that of a privat house, where the landlady attend herself at the guests, with plentiful breakfast on buffet, with home made cakes and local products.Lessons in how to cook Tuscan recipes are also offered as well as the fun of eating togheter what was prepared during the lessons. .

The structure is located in a panoramic site, infact it is on a small hill that overlooks the valley of river Ema and this position offers a dominating view of the surrounding country-side.
At the same time La Torricella is located near Florence, it is only 5 km away from the city center and that makes it a usefull base for starting to the discovery of the tresures of the city.
Fhutermore the hotel is at only 300 mt from bus-stop and 10 km from airport; besides as La Torricella is placed near one of the most beautiful golf cources in Italy, it is also possible to pass a relaxing day playing the game of golf

From Airport:
The Airport A. Vespucci is at about 10Km. from the hotel. Take the motorway A1 at Firenze/Nord and exit at Firenze/Certosa.Turn left and continue for 2 kms. in direction of Florence centre
At the second traffic light (you'll be in Piazza Acciaioli) turn right in
Via Gherardo Silvani and continue for about 1 km.
After 1 km. close to Piazzetta Montale turn right in Via Vecchia di
Pozzolatico ( is the 7th street on the right after the square) , after
approximately 200 meters on the left side at the number 25 you'll see the
signpost with "La Torricella.
From Train Station:
The central station is at about 5 km from our hotel and you can reach us
with just one bus ( Line 36) it runs about every 15-20 minutes
From Road:
Highway A1 Milano-Roma : exit Firenze Certosa.
Turn left and continue for 2 kms. in direction of Florence centre
At the second traffic light (you'll be in Piazza Acciaioli) turn right in
