Description The villa, constructed in 1865 has housed the hotel since 1941, and the hotel license is number four! After a general restoration completed in 1975, it was recently renovated and modernized in 2000 with additions and other upgrades completed in 2005. The hotel obtained its fire-prevention certificate in 2000. The hotel is situated in a beautiful park, far from the road so it enjoys a peacefulness difficoult to archieve in a city hotel! All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (some bathrooms even have a bathtub and a window); a satellite color TV with remote control; an eletronic safe; a laptop with Wi-Fi Internet connection; and air conditioning with remote temperature control. The beds all have bedsprings; in the double rooms the beds might be separable, while the triple rooms are comprised of a king-sized bed and a single bed.

Rooms Description The hotel is situated on two levels above ground. The ground floor has a suite, a triple room, and three double rooms in addition to the reception, TV room, and a breackfast room that's connected to the garden patio. On the first floor there are three triple rooms, two single rooms, and eight double rooms. On the second floor, nicknamed "the tower", there's also a single room and a double room.

Location Villa Betania is an old villa Medicean style,located in one of the most exclusive areas of Florence; it is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is only 900 meters far from Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. All rooms have been recently restructured and each of them has its own private bathroom, direct dial telephone, TV set, air conditioning, internet wi-fi and safety box. Our hotel offers all the modern comforts in the charming atmosphere of a XIXth century building and is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the beauty of our town. Our private parking is another service that we offer our guests for free. Villa Betania is also well served by public transportation which takes you to the city centre in 5 minutes.

Follow the directions to Florence centre and Porta Romana, once you are in Porta Romana, take the street called Viale del poggio Imperiale,at the first traffic light you will be able to see the hotel on your left handle
