Hotel La Scaletta

To reach our Hotel from Peretola airport it is possible to take a taxi or the shuttle which takes you from the Airport to the central railway station. When you arrive at the S. M. Novella railway station you can choice to take a taxi or to take the bus letter "D". Leave the bus at the Old Bridge. The street that begins from the bridge is Via Guicciardini. The Hotel is on your left (number 13) half street. The tirth possibilities is to enjoy a nice walk throught the center of Florence, you will take about 20 minutes to walk to La Scaletta from the railway station. Exit the station take Via de' Panzani and through Via de' Cerretani you will reach the Duomo square. From there take Via Roma and walk straight through Piazza della Repubblica and Via Por Santa Maria, cross the Old Bridge. Going straight you are already in Via Guicciardini.

A1 Highway - Exit "Firenze Sud". Keep driving until the end of the large street you find after living the highway. Follow direction to the city center. You will find sevel traffic light and you follow the main street wich actually runs along the river Arno (that is Lungarno Colombo). Cross the Verrazzano Bridge. After the bridge take your right along the Lungarno Ferrucci (never cross the river again) keep the straight direction folloving the round about and the traffic lights. After Piazza Ferrucci you will already see the the Old Bridge straigh in front of you. When you have the Old Bridge right on your left hand side you are already in Via Guicciardini. Our Hotel is on your left (numer 13) half street.
