Description 5 Km. away from Colle Val D'Elsa, Casole D'Elsa e Monteriggioni, in one of the loveliest and most famous territories in the world and not far from centres abounding in art such as S. Gimignano and Volterra, not mentioning Florence and Siena, on a hill that dominates the valley there is Mensanello. It is an old village, where is located a typically Tuscan farm, the "Tenuta di Mensanello". The estate more than 300 hectares large have, among others, important cultivations of olives and grapes. Infact the farm produces excellent extra-virgin olive oil in the its oil-mill and excellent "Chianti Colli Senesi" red wine. The farm offers a relaxing and quiet stay, in 9 apartaments in the old, recently restructured, estate houses with all comforts both in summer and winter. All apartaments have an out-side area with table and chairs and a parking. The farm invites its guests to enjoy a dip in the private swimming pool, a trip to the close beaches, trekking and biking for a wonderful holiday in the green.

Rooms Description
All our apartaments have full equipped kitchen, bedroom for 2 people ( no sofa bed), bathroom, parking and putside area with table and chairs.
Location
We are located on a hill ( Mensanello) in Colle di Val d'Elsa, between Siena and Florence, not far from San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra and Chianti area.
All our apartaments have full equipped kitchen, bedroom for 2 people ( no sofa bed), bathroom, parking and putside area with table and chairs.

How to get to our property:
From North (Milan or Florence airport)
Take the Highway A1 (now also numbered E35) Rome-Florence-Milan in the direction FIRENZE (Florence) and exit at Firenze Certosa. Take the freeway Firenze- Siena direction Siena and exit after 38 km at "Colle Val d?Elsa Nord" and then follow the direction Grosseto on the SS 541. After approximately 7 km turn right for Mensanello. After 1,5 k you?ll reach a small chapel, in front of the chapel there is the reception.
From South (Rome airport)
Take the Highway A1 (now also numbered E35) Rome-Florence-Milan direction FIRENZE (Florence) and exit at Val di Chiana. Follow the road signs to Siena. Once in Siena follow indications for "Firenze raccordo Autostradale a 4 corsie" and exit at "Colle Val d?Elsa sud" and then follow the direction for Grosseto on the SS 541. After approximately 7 km turn right for Mensanello. After 1,5 k you?ll reach a small chapel, in front of the chapel there is the reception.
