The inn has six double bedrooms, and can offer bed and breakfast / short stay vacation accommodation for 1 to 13 guests. Each of the rooms is furnished with a careful selection of antiques and more recent pieces (often hand-made) , and each has a modern, private bathroom with shower.The two ground floor bedrooms are the most atmospheric - situated in the oldest part of the farmhouse - while the upper floor rooms have glorious views towards Assisi.

Location This small agriturismo ? farmhouse inn ? has a spectacular setting in the forested hills and olive groves north-west of Assisi, Umbria. It offers Bed and Breakfast / short stay accommodation in a warm, welcoming, traditional setting. The accommodation has a sunny, south-facing aspect with superb views of Assisi\'s famous Basilica - home to some of Italy\'s most important mediaeval art. Other local attractions include Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto and Perugia. You can make easy excursions to Siena and the vineyards of Chianti, and daytrips to Urbino, Florence or Rome

From Airport:

The nearest airport is Perugia Sant\'Egidio (15km) where car rental is available. Low cost flights might arrive also at Ancona Falconara, Pisa, Bologna, Rome Ciampino. International flights arrive either in Rome Fiumicino or Florence.

From Train Station:

The railway station just 8km away - an excellent solution if you want to avoid too much driving during your holiday. It is essential however, to have a car to arrive here, as we are in the coutryside and there only one public transport a day. A more convenient solution is to take a train to Perugia main station and rent a car from there (1/2 hour drive).

From Road:

Please contact the hotel to obtain a map. By Car: From North: From the A1 motorway, exit at Valdichiana, and follow direction Perugia-Assisi-Foligno on the state road SS E45. Exit at Santa Maria degli Angeli and continue straight on toward Assisi. Turn left at last intersection in the direction of Perugia and immediately to the right after the Ponte San Vittorino ( a bridge close to a bus and camper parking lot). Do not take sharp right along the parking lot, but take the Via San Fortunato that goes uphill. After 6.5 km turn right into an unpaved road, Via Petrata. Continue for about 1 km. Ours is the second house on the right hand inside and the first of a cream color. Ring at number 37. From south: From the A1 motorway, exit Orte, and join the state road S.S. E45. Follow direction to Perugia, exiting at Santa Maria degli Angeli and continue straight-on direction Assisi. Then follows directions as above.
