The reception was very friendly and gave additional information on what to see in Florence, i.e. bus services, sights, etc. The rooms were perfect for a holiday and much better than the normal 3 star hotels in Italy, well heated, with an airconditioner and satelite TV. Bathroom was excellent with good water pressure and extras, like bidet and hairdrier. The breakfast was more than adequate. Great hotel ... Great price!
